We are so grateful for your generous support of The Rita Langworthy Foundation’s 2016 inaugural Butterflies & Blues fundraising benefit. It is sure to be a spectacular event!
Follow the neon lights of B.B. King Bues Club’s 42nd Street marquee in Times Square and join us as our Emcee, stage and screen actor Scott McIntyre, leads us through an evening of laughter, love and not-so-gentle nudges, as we all join forces to meet our fundraising goal of $50,000 for the evening.
Be sure to grab your friends and stop by the LA Photo Party Slow Motion Video Station as it records a 5 second clip of you throwing confetti and shooting off streamers, then instantly transforms it into a slow motion video for you to upload onsite to social media.
And you won’t want to miss the chance to rock out to the grooves of renowned musician, John Kruth, and his friends LIVE!
Your generosity enables The Rita Langworthy Foundation to continue its mission to ensure Rita’s legacy doesn’t end in an unspeakably violent tragedy. The Rita Langworthy Foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to altering the paths of at-risk children’s lives. We offer financial support to direct service nonprofit organizations providing for poverty-stricken children, mini grants to educators in low-income communities, and scholarships to promising students ranging in age from kindergarten through college.
We strive to keep Rita’s light shining in the darkness and to offer hope when it is needed.
